Our office is extremely automated, which allows us to receive files, remit and report electronically on a daily basis for many clients throughout the country. Our state of the art technology and organizational structure allows us to adapt to the specific instructions received from a client. We have eight paralegals/collectors who spend a significant amount of their time calling debtors. The paralegals are not only trained to comply with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, but are also well-versed in various areas of the law, such as automobile deficiency work, secured transactions and breach of contract. Each paralegal is proficient in handling law suits from the preparation of the complaint to the conclusion of the case. In addition to the legal and procedural knowledge, all of our paralegals are skilled skip tracers, and have multiple desktop options available to search for addresses and assets.
